A Stronger Morris Marches and Rallies with the FACCM in Dover

DOVER, N.J. - Today, T.C. McCourt and A.J. Oliver joined hundreds of supports of the Faculty Association of the County College of Morris at their Rally to Save CCM. The event kicked off with a march through downtown Dover, and culminated with a program at JFK Park.

In addition to hearing from McCourt and Oliver, the crowd was treated to people such as Ian Colquhoun, incoming President of the FACCM, and Sean Spiller, President-elect of the New Jersey Education Association.

McCourt and Oliver both spoke of the "crisis" going on at CCM, and called on those in power to take immediate action to strengthen the institution. A Stronger Morris also officially joined the call for the removal of CCM President Dr. Anthony Iacono.

"Our campaign will continue to speak about the current situation going on at CCM throughout the summer and fall," said McCourt and Oliver in a joint statement. "We will advocate at every step for the CCM Seven to be re-instated, for new trustees to be installed, and for the resignation of President Iacono."
